Building Melbourne’s finest landscapes for over twenty years.
We’re Landspace, a Melbourne based landscape construction company.
Specialising in high-end outdoor projects for residential and commercial properties, Landspace has grown to become a leader in the industry since we commenced operations in 2004. We create cutting-edge works of the finest quality, serving as a key player in the construction of Melbourne’s most prestigious homes and commercial buildings.
Our portfolio is vast, comprising exclusive residential properties in the inner suburbs and commercial landmarks in the CBD. As fully licensed and insured Registered Building Practitioners, we believe there is no substitute for the highest calibre workmanship and attention to detail during every phase of a project.
Our Story
Our company is built on a foundation of family and experience. Our founder and principal Director, Luke Skimbirauskas, began his landscaping career in 1995. After travelling extensively to observe and gather experience in international landscape design, he returned to Melbourne to establish Landspace.
Today, the business is a true partnership. Every project is overseen by brothers Luke and Justin Skimbirauskas, who work closely together to ensure each build is completed to the highest satisfaction. Our passion for construction is matched only by our father Joe’s passion for financial administration. Joe works closely with the boys, keeping the team and the project finances in check.
Our Approach
At Landspace, we believe there is no substitute for attention to detail and the highest calibre workmanship during each phase of a construction project. To us, outstanding customer service, rooted in constant communication, is the only way to realise a project’s true vision.
We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure our recommendations result in outdoor environments that are beautiful, organic, and sustainable. As proud members of the Master Builders Association Victoria and the Landscape Industries Association of Victoria (LIAV), we support green construction approaches and recommend eco-friendly solutions wherever possible. We are also proud to be associated with Paul Bangay Garden Design, regarded as the foremost garden designer in Australia today, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of landscape excellence.
